Which sounds better single and never married or married once and divorced?

Seems like people are more comfortable with the idea of divorced single people as apposed to single and never married. The never married bit seems to bring odd looks or replies like ';you must be picky'; so which is it...I want YOUR opinion.Which sounds better single and never married or married once and divorced?
For some reason the divorce rate is increasing. I would rather be single and never married than have to go through the heart ache personally and if there were children involved would create a more difficult situation.

i think in america people are comfortable with divorced people.

life time divorce rate is a incredible 76% in america.





it seems most men here feels its ok to abandon his famly as long as he found a younger prettier girl, even a third world girl who cann t speak a word of english seems to have more value then his wife and kids.
Single and never married...don't worry about the picky remarks...if you were a man, people would be like ';yeah, play the field as long as u want, bro';.....ignore them, they're probably jealousy that they didn't have sense enough to stay single themselves :-)
Single, never married. It would seem more to me that the person waited for the person they wanted to marry instead of rushing into things.
Divorced but picky
I don't really think about it. Either way, they aren't married.
