What happens if an English and an American citizen get married?

... in america on a visa waver? ONLY ANSWER IF YOU KNOW PLEASE _ GUESSES ARE NOT HELPFUL - does that work in the same way as going through the fiance visa business? or is there any way around the 6 month wait of a fiance visa application? What happens if an English and an American citizen get married?
Go to immigration website, they should have your answers...As far as I know, you can get married here if your on a visa waiver....Your spouse then must petition for you....But please don't take my advise, contact an attorney or do your own research...What happens if an English and an American citizen get married?
Let the foreigner marry the foreigner.. Americans marrying foreigner usually don't make for lasting marriages....America is filling up and sooner or later will become a third world country...and the foreigner doesn't really care.
Well my family imagrated from England and Scotland to Canada then to the US. My cousin married an elglish woman and when she got here she applied for citizenship and did not reliquish her english citizanship. My grandmother kept a dual citizanship all of her life. Hope that helps
It's matter and anti-matter. The world explodes in a black hole vortex. Danger danger Will Robinson.
You at that point apply as a spouse, but there is no way around going through the process for a spouse. On the other hand, 90 days of it they would be together, wouldn't they?

go to uscis.gov if you want the official details.
A Canadian is born!
call immigrations and ask them. if they get married they would mate and have little engams running around. lol. i had to make a joke on the heading. the Eng is for English and the ams is for Americans.
