I know in Virginia if you are legally seperated from your spouse you are still married and if you have a relationship with someone else than legally it's an affair. So in the case of Hugh Hefner is he still legally married and if so why won't him and Kimberly get divorced?According to California Law is Hugh Hefner still legally married to Kimberly Conrad?
They are still married. She actually lives a couple of houses down from the mansion. I just don't think that Hef really sees any reason in divorcing Kimberley, even though Holly would be super stoked. lol I doubt he ever will. Sorry Holly! They're still legally married.





They have two kids together, they live near each other. Maybe it's just not something he thinks is important right now. Hugh Hefner has said he's not really interested in marriage anymore.
